Italian Stuffers

1 lb. store bought pizza dough (in the tube)
1/2 lb sliced deli ham, sliced pepperoni, or both
1 cup (or more if you like) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg-beaten

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Cut the dough in half and unroll. Roll out each half on a floured surface to a 6x12 rectangle. Equally layer the meat, cheese, and spices on each rectangle, leaving 1/2 inch dough all around the edges. Roll up each one jelly-roll style. Pinch the edges of the dough all around so that they're sealed.
Place on baking sheet and brush with the egg. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve.

*We like to serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping
