3-4 potat
oes- cooked
4 Tbls butter at room temp.
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbls (or more if needed) milk at room temp.
salt and pepper to taste
Add butter, sour cream, and garlic to hot potatoes and mash. Add the milk a little at a time,
until you get the consistency you like. Add salt and pepper if needed.
