1-3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine-soft
1 egg- beaten
3 (2.1 oz.) Butterfinger candy bars- coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in candy pieces. Drop by rounded Tablespoon onto baking sheets and bake 10-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes before removing.
