3/4 pound butter (3 sticks)
6 cups flour-divided
5 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup 7Up
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine butter and 3 cups flour.
Add eggs, one at a time, followed by remaining flour and lemon extract.
Fold in 7Up. Pour into a well-greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
