3 Tbls unsalted butter
4 apples (about 2 lbs)-peeled and slice about 1/8 inch thick
2 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup
Mealt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook apples 10 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples, stir till well coated. Add syrup, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with the Double Cinnamon French Toast recipe that's listed below
