1 pound top round or sirloin steak-sliced into 1/8 inch slices
1 Tbls vegetable oil
1/2 cup green onion-chopped
1 pkg (6.25 oz) long grain and wild rice mix-cooked
1 can (7oz) corn-drained
1 can (a6 oz) stewed tomatoes-undrained
Brown beef in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook for 1 minute longer. Add rice, corn, and tomatoes. Cook until heated through (about 3 minutes)
serve warm.
