On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Pumpkin Bite Bars

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir with wooden spoon. Add pumpkin, oil and eggs, use electric mixer at medium speed and beat until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake 18-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting, cut into bars.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese-soft
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbls milk
Put all together and beat with elcetric mixer, adding milk as needed to get the right texture.
