Large can peeled tomatoes (fresh are even better)
2 small cans diced green chiles
Large can chopped black olives
7-8 green onion-chopped
clove of garlic
1 bunch cilantro (to taste)
2 Tbls. vinegar
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 Tbls. salt
Mix together and let sit in fridge for several hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
