8 frozen round waffles
1 quart ice cream-softened
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
8 maraschino cherries
Warm waffles according to directions. While they are still warm, gently fold in half like a taco. Place them in a 7x11 baking dish, squeezing them into 2 rows so they don't lose their shape. In a large bowl, combine the ice cream and marshmallows until well mixed. Place 2 small scoops of the ice cream into each "taco shell". Spoon fudge sauce over ice cream and top with a cherry.
Cover, and freeze until firm
