On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Fudgy Brownies

1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
4 tsp. vanilla

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/4 cup butter-softened
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with foil and spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl combine butter and cocoa; mix until smooth.Add the flour and sugar. Beat together and then add eggs, and vanilla. Mix until just combined (don't over mix) Batter will be thick. Pour batter into prepared baking pan, and spread out evenly.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool slightly, you will want brownies a little warm when you frost them.
FROSTING: Beat together all the frosting ingredients until smooth.
Pour, and spread over warm brownies.
Let cool completely before cutting.
