1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese for the top
Mix all ingredients, put in 9 x 13 pan, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
**Also may be done in the crock pot on low for 10-12 hours.
