Lite Delite Banana Bars

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 mashed, ripe banana
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray grease an 8 inch pan. Mix dry ingredients. Add the milk and banana, beat for 2 minutes or till well blended. Add egg and beat for 30 seconds. Bake for 30 minutes.

9 servings. Per serving: Calories: 122.4 Fat: 1.2 Fiber 0.7  Carbs: 25.5 Sodium: 204.5 Cholesterol: 25.4
