1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
6 slices bacon
Use a 6 qt cooker. In small bowl combine seasoning, rub mixture all over birds, inside and out. Place birds in crockpot and wrap bacon strips around each.. 2 strips one way, and one strip the other, tucking ends into cavities. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours, I cooked ours on low for 4 hours then on high for an hour.
