On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Mini Malted Milk Cheesecakes ~ Easter

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 6 sheets)
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbls sugar-divided
3 Tbls butter or margarine-melted
3 pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese-softened
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup malted milk powder
Malted milk balls or eggs (opt)
whipped cream (opt)

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Mix crumbs with 2 Tbls sugar and butter, press into bottom of liners. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, rremaining sugar, malted powder and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time mixing on low until just blended and pour over crust. Bake 20-25 minutes or until centers are alsmost set. Remove and let cool completely. Refridgerate at least 2 hours (evernight is better) Just before serving, top with whipped cream and crushed candy malts balls...or just set a whole one on top.
