14 vanilla wafers
4 (3oz) pkgs cream cheese-softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen, sliced strawberries-thawed and drained
Line muffin pans with paper liners, place a vanilla wafer in each cup and set aside. Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy, add 2/3 cup sugar and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Spoon mixture into muffin cups filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, cool. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, mix well and spoon over each cheesecake. Top with heaping tespoon of strawberries. Freeze until firm. Remover from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
