1 1/2 lb Beef-cut 1/2" thick
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 Green onion-finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic-minced
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Dry sherry
1/8 ts Pepper
Score meat on both sides. Place meat in shallow pan. Mix all items and pour over the beef and let sit 1 hour at room temp, turning just once. Drain meat and place on coals or grill.
