unbaked pie shell
2 cups sliced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbls flour
cinnamon
Fill unbaked pie shell half full of rhubarb. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Beat eggs, add sour cream. Pour over rhubarb. Sift 1/2 cup sugar and flour together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
