1-1/2 cups water
1 vegetable bouillion cube
2 tsp tabasco sauce
6 small baking potatoes-peeled and sliced
2 green onions-sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese-divided
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Heat water, tobasco and boullion to boiling in an ovenproof 12 inch skillet or cassarole dish over high heat. Stir in potatoes, onion, salt and 1/4 cup cheese; toss to mix well. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, remove from oven. Turn oven to broil, sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil for 3 minutes or until golden.
