6 medium potatoes
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sharp grated cheese
1/2 cup chives
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Boil potatoes until almost done, then mash. Combine all ingredients except butter and pour into a 9x13 baking dish and dot with butter; cover. Freeze or refridgerate overnight. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
