CRUST:
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter-melted
1 egg
FILLING:
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin OR crushed pineapple
1 box (16 oz) powdered sugar
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese-softened
a stick butter-melted
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix all ingredients for the crust and press into bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the filling ingredients and pour on top of the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The center will be gooey when done. Serve topped with whipped cream.
