Grilled Banana Boats-KIDS


4 medium unpeeled ripe bananas
2 Tbls flaked coconut
maraschino cherries
2 Tbls raisins
2 Tbls peanut butter chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Cut banana peels lengthwise about 1/2 inch deep and to within 1/2 inch of each end. Open peel to form a pocket. Combine coconut and cherries; spoon into pocket of two bananas. Combine raisins and peanut butter chips, fill remaining bananas. Divide marshmallows between all bananas. Wrap each in an 18x12 inch piece of heavy duty foil. Grill uncovered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till marshmallows are melted and golden brown.
