On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Nacho Grande Cassarole

2 lbs hamburger
1 onion-chopped
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 cans (16 oz each) spicy chili beans
1 envelope taco seasoning
16 oz frozen corn-thawed
8 oz shredded cheddar Jack cheese-divided
9 oz nacho flavored Doritos-crushed and divided
optional: sour cream, chopped tomato, chopped green onion

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, seasoning mix and corn. Stir till blended and simmer over medium heat 10 minutes. Pour 1/2 meat mixture into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with half each of the cheese and crushed chips; repeat layers. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubly and golden. Garnish with the listed optional ingredients.
