6 chicken breast halves-skinned and boned
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese-soft
4 green onions-chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 slices bacon-cut in half
Place each chicken breast on a sheet of waxed paper and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet. Combine cream cheese, onion and garlic powder; mix well. Shape mixture into 6 equal size balls and place one in the center of each chicken breast. Fold long side of chicken breast over filling, then fold the ends over and secure all with a wooden toothpick. Top each chicken piece with 2 slices of bacon. Place in a lightly greased 12 x 8 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
