1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbls light corn syrup
3/4 cup pecans halves
1 (10 oz) pkg refridgerated buttermilk biscuits
Place butter in a 9 inch round dish and microwave on high for seconds. Sprinkle sugar over butter, add corn syrup; stir well. Place a drinking glass in the center of dish. Arrange pecans, right side down, around circle. Place biscuits over pecans, squeezing to fit if necessary. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 6-8 min, rotating dish after 3 min. Remove glass; invert onto serving plate. Let stand 1-2 min. Serve immediately.
