On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Rueben Crescents

1 tube (8 oz) refridgerated crescent rolls
1 cup sauerkraut-rinsed, well drained and chopped
1 Tbls thousand island dressing
4 slices swiss cheese-cut into 1/2 inch strips
8 thin slices deli corned beef

Seperate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing. Place 2 cheese strips across the short side of each triangle. Fold crned beef slices in half; place over cheese. Top with sauerkraut mixture. Roll up each from the short side. Pace on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min, or until golden brown.
