2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup unsweetened applsauce
3/4 cup egg substitute
2 tsp vanilla
Filling:
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/3 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbls cocoa
2 Tbls 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp water
In large bowl combine the sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in the applesauce, egg substitute and vanilla; mix well. Pour about half the batter into a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray. In a mixing bowl, combine filling ingredients and beat till smooth; Drop by Tbls. onto batter. Spoon remaining batter over top; cut through batter with a knofe to swirl peanut butter mixture. Bake at 325 for 25-30 min. or until edges are firm and center is almost set. Cool completely in pan. In a small bowl combine frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost brownies.
