1/2 cup btter or margarine-softned
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs-slightly beaten
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda,salt, cinnamon and cloves; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Spread into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. or until cake tests done.
