4-6 pork chops
flour
salt and pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 large onion-sliced
2 cubes chicken boullion
2 cups hot water
8 oz sour cream
Season pork chops to taste and lightly coat with flour. Lightly brown in hot oil and place in crockpot and top with onion slices. Dissolve boullion in the hot water and pour over meat. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. After the chops have cooked, stir in 2 Tbls of flour into sour cream, stir into the juices in the bottom of the crockpot (it's not neccassary to be totally blended, but don't just dump it in there). I take the chops out while I do this, and then put them back in. Turn the crockpot to high for 15-30 minutes or till liquid is slightly thickened. Serve with noodles or potatoes, the sour cream gravy is good with either.

I'm going to try this one. Haven't had time to check out your blog in awhile, but I do love your recipes.
