On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

 One roll of Jimmy Dean sausage (or your favorite brand)-browned and crumbled

One roll of Grand biscuits -cut in fourths

One envelope white country gravy mix

5 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese to taste

Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray and place biscuit quarters on bottom. Sprinkle cooked, crumbled sausage over top. Whisk eggs with milk, and pour over top of biscuits and sausage. Salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle cheese over the top. Prepare gravy mix according to directions and pour over the top of your mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
