1 cup corn flake crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup up fryer chicken
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine. Combine cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in margarine and cover with crumbs. Pour remaining margarine into 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Place chicken skin side down in the pan. Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes, turn and cook another 30 minutes or until juice runs clear.
