1 medium onion-coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups ham-cubed
1 cup American or cheddar cheese-shredded
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
In crock pot, layer half of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese; repeat layers.
In a small bowl, combine soup, milk, and spices. Pour over top.
Cover, and cook on high for one hour, reduce heat to low and cook for 7-8 hours,
or until potatoes are done.
