4 cups finely chopped rhubarb (divided)
4 cups sugar (divided)
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
Combine 1 cup rhubarb and 1 cup sugar. Heat on medium heat until juice appears. Add remaining rhubarb and sugar, bring to boil. Boil for 13 minutes. Add the strawberries. Boil for 3 minutes and add jello. Stir until dissolved. Place in container and keep refrigerated.
