1 pkg (4 serving size) butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 cup water
3 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 10 inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except pecans and powdered sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium high speed 2 minutes or till well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into bundt pan, and bake 40-50 minutes. Cool for aprox 10 minutes, then invert cake onto serving plate. Cool totally and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
