1 Tbls flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2-3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
dab of mustard
french bread-cut into bite sized chunks
In saucepan over medium low heat, melt margarine and stir in flour till well mixed and smooth. Slowly add milk. Stir and heat until thickens. Add mustard and cheese, stirring until melted. Dip chunks of bread into cheese sause using forks.
