On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Italian Green Beans

12 oz fresh or frozen green beans
1 Tbls olive oil
1-2 medium garlic cloves-minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbls shredded or grated parmesan cheese

Steam the beans for 7-10 minutes or until tender. For frozenn beans follow package directions. Heat a small skillet over medium heat; add the oil a swirl to coat the skillet bottm. Cook garlic for 1 minute stirring occasionally add this mixture and the salt to the beans, stirring gently to coat. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Serve hot or at room temp.
