On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. One-Dish Chicken and Scalloped Potatoes

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
3 medium potatoes-thinky sliced (about 3 cups)
1 small onion-sliced and separated into rings
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
paprika

In small bowl, combne soup, milk and pepper; set aside. In 2 qt oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes and onion. Spoon half of the soup mixture over potatoes amd onion. Cover and cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Arrange chicken on potato mixture, spoon remaining soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes are fork tender.
