1 egg-beaten
10 small wooden sticks
3/4 cup self rising flour
2/3 cup milk
10 hot dogs
oil for frying
In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, egg, and mix well. Stir in milk to make a thick batter. Let stand for 5 minutes. Insert stick into hot dogs, dip in batter. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fy corn dogs until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes) Drain on paper towels.
