2 cups flour
1 Tbls sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs-separated
2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Cinnamon Cream Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg yolks, milk and oil; stir into dry mixture just until moistened. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in preheated waffle iron as directed.
Meanwhile, for syrup, combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucpan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve with waffles
