8 cups chopped rhubarb
4 cups chopped onion
2 cups vinegar
2-1/3 cups brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
In lrg saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat an simer for one hour or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool. Refridgerate in covered container.
