On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Focaccia Bread

1 loaf (1 lb) frozen bread dough-thawed
1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed olives
1/2 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbls olive oil

Pat dough into a 12x6 inch rectangle on an ungreased cookie sheet. Build up edges slightly. Top with olives, cheeses, and Italian seasoning; press gently into dough. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
