2-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredientswell and bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 45 minutes to an hour. Frost when totally cool.
FROSTING:
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream the cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla, beat well.
