1 tube (7-1/2 oz) refridgerated buttermilk biscuits
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese-soft
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbls flour
TOPPING:
1 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Seperate biscuits into 10 pieces; place in an ungreased 9 inch round baking pan. Press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides, pinnching edges together to seal. bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 min. or till slightly puffed. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth; pour over crust. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over filling. Bake for 15-20 min. unitl filling is set and crust is golden brown. Cool for at least 30 min. before cutting. Serve warm or chilled. Refridgerate leftovers.
