Malted Milk Ball Brownies

1 pkg fudge brownie mix (13x9 inch pan size)
1-1/3 cups chopped malted milk balls-divided
1 cup (6oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbls butter
2 Tbls milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Prepare brownie mix as directed; stir in 1 cup of the crushed malted milk balls. Spread into a greased 13X9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 min or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from an edge comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in milk and vanilla. Spread over brownies, then sprinkle with the remaining crushed malted milk balls. refridgerate for 10-15 min. or until set, then cut into bars.
