1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 Tbls shortening
6 cups caramel corn with peanuts
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave. Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with melted chocolate mixture and stir gently. Spread on a waxed paper lined baking sheet and refridgerate until set. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
