Watermelon Jello Cups

The limes look like little watermelons!
1 pkg. (3oz) watermelom Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
4 large limes
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

In a bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Refriderate for one hour or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, slice limes in half lengthwise. With a small scissors or sharp knife, cut the membrane at each end to loosen pulp from shell. Using your fingers, pull membrane and pulp away from shell. Fold chocolate chips into jello; spoon into lime shells. Refridgerate for 2 hours or until completely set. Yield 8
