3 lbs. country-style spare ribs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
4 Tbls worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls liquid smoke
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Place ribs in a 5 qt dutch oven or very large pan; cover with water. Add garlic salt and pepper; bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for one hour. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; set aside. Drain ribs. Cook on an uncovered grill over medium heat for 10-15 min. or till meat is tender, basting several times with the sauce. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
