4 Milky Way candy bars (2.05 oz each)-cut up
3/4 cup butter or margarine-divided
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
In saucepan over low heat mealt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter (may do in the microwave if desired) stir until blended. Stir in cereal. Pat into a greased 11x7 inch pan. In another pan or microwave bowl, melt the chocolate chips and remaining butter, stir until smooth. Spread over cereal mixture. Refridgerate until firm.

Made these last night and my family loved them!
Be sure and store them in a covered container or the cereal gets a little soggy...not that they lasted lon enough to get TOO soggy!!
