1 pkg. (18-1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
3 pkgs. (3.4 oz each) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbls. butter or margarine-softned
2-3 Tbls. milk
In mixing bowl, combine dry cake and pudding mixes, water, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed for 1 min. Pour into a greased 9 inch fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 min. or until toohpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pan to cool completely. Combine the glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
