6 cups crispy rice cereal
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1-3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine cereal and sugar in a large bowl; set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter on high for about 1 min. stir gently until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture and stir well. Spoon into a 13x9 inch pan. Refridgerate for 30 min. then cut into squares.
