Chicken Enchilada Skillet

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves-cut into bite sized pieces
1 can ( 14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 Tbsp. flour
6 flour tortillias-cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup salsa

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat; add chicken and cook for 7-10 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.In a bowl, mix broth, dressing and flour until well belnded; gradually add to the skillet, stirring constantly. Add tortillias, stir to combine. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 3 min. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and simmer for 3-5 min longer or until cheese melts. Top with salsa.
